The difference between our plans is the monthly plan is no commitment and the VIP plan is a 3-month commitment. At HUM Nutrition, we want to make it easy for you to receive your personalized supplements. All of our plans are monthly auto-ship subscriptions, and you will be billed monthly when your order ships out. We believe flexibility is key, so you can always modify your cart to try new products monthly or postpone shipments to fit your supplement needs.
Our Month-to-Month Plan allows you to cancel anytime. You have the flexibility to change your items each month, and you are only charged for the items in your cart on the day of shipping.
Our VIP Plan offers additional discounts on all orders but requires a minimum of 3 orders before canceling. If you cancel before completing the 3 orders, you will lose the additional savings and will be charged the difference. However, once you complete the 3 orders, the discount will remain for future orders and you can cancel at any time without recommitting to 3 orders to retain the additional discounts provided on your VIP Plan.
