We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has started processing or has already shipped. However, we have options for you if you forgot to update your order. You can return the items you no longer want and exchange them for another product.
To start an exchange, simply send back the items you’d like to exchange with a note inside the package that includes your name, email, and order number, and request to exchange (with the name of the product). Once we receive your return, you will be issued a credit, and we will set up an exchange for you.
If the returned product(s) cost less than the exchanged product, you will be charged the difference to the card on file. If the returned product(s) cost more than the exchanged product, you will have a remaining credit on your account that will apply to your next order. Please note that we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
