We're sorry, we are unable to make any changes to your order once it is processing/shipped. If you forgot to update your order you have the option of exchanging it for another product or returning it.
To make an exchange simply return the items you want to exchange with a note inside the package that includes your name, email, order number, and request to exchange (with the name of the product) and once we receive that you will be issued a credit and we will set up an exchange for you.
If your returned product(s) is less than the price of the exchanged product, you will be charged the difference to the card on file. If the returned product is more than the exchanged product, you will have a remaining credit on your account that will apply to your next order.
We accept returns/ exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
