Order cancellations
If you'd like to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can void it, and you won't be charged. If you see a pending transaction, it will be reversed within a few business days. If your order has already shipped, you can return it under our return policy below.
Need to return your most recent order? No problem!
Our return policy is designed to be as stress-free as possible. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
For unopened products: You'll get a refund, excluding shipping if applicable. Please be sure to include the original packing slip or a note with your name, order number, and HUM account email address.
For opened products: You'll get store credit for items returned within 30 days of delivery with your original packing slip or a note with your name, order number, and HUM account email address. This credit can be used for exchanges or future orders. For exchanges, include on your packing slip or order note in your return package the items you'd like to exchange for.
Please allow 48 business hours for the refund to process after it is delivered to the HUM warehouse.
We recommend purchasing a return label from USPS, but you can use any return carrier of your choice.

Where is my refund?
If you have returned your order and are waiting for your refund, please keep the following information in mind:
- Refunds are processed from Monday to Friday.
- Allow up to 48 business hours for your refund to be processed by our warehouse.
- Once your return has been processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
- After processing, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
- Store credit will be available once you receive the confirmation email stating that store credit has been applied.
If you do not see the refund after 3-5 business days, don't hesitate to get in touch with HUM Nutrition support, and we will assist you further.
