Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified. If you need additional items, you can place a new order through customer support or on your Account Dashboard.
For future orders, you can modify your subscription by logging into your HUM account and updating your cart under My Next Box:
• To add a product, scroll to Shop More HUM or use the Shop tab to browse and add items.
• To remove an item, set the quantity next to the product to 0.
For subscription accounts, we send a 7-day preshipment email to remind you to modify your upcoming order.
We process and ship orders quickly to keep your routine on track. Updating your shipment date or products in your cart after an order has been processed will only affect your next shipment.
